Sugar Mountain
A palette knife, a dab of acrylic and modeling paste, then another and another, building a grid of varying color. Named for a Neil Young song and the frosting-like texture of the paint. Her most popular series.
Color Fields
An action style of painting: scraping acrylic and building texture with layers of color until the work feels balanced, with the right kind of imperfection.
Geometric
An interplay between surface texture and color within a divided composition, exploring the beauty of the paint while finding balance.
Waterfall
The idea of letting go to find inner peace. A visual reminder of continuous creation and renewal.
Elements
Forms and colors derived from industry and nature: small panels to collect singly or compose as a group.
